Altargana
This is a performance from Altargana, a festival of the Buryat people (related to the Mongols). The festival is bi-annual and moves from city to city. In 2006 it was in Irkutsk, 2008 in Ulan-Ude, and 2010, it was in Ulaanbataar. (Capitol of Mongolia.) The summer of 2012, it will be in Chita, Russia.
